Cut together until crumbly and (after reserving 2 tbsp for garnish) spread in baked pie shell. Layer 2: Mix sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks and milk. Cook at medium heat until thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Stir and pour into shell. Layer 3: Mix sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook until thick. Cool slightly. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into syrup mixture, and continue beating. Spread meringue over pie, being careful to "seal" all around the edges to keep meringue from "shrinking". Sprinkle remaining peanut butter and sugar mixture over the top. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes Email this Recipe:
