Instructions: Mix all vegetables in a large bowl. Salt and let stand 10 minutes. Drain.

In a large sauce pan, mix celery seed, mustard seed, tumeric, allspice, sugar and vinegar with vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, bring to a boil a second time. Remove from heat. Fill hot sterile canning jars. Seal tightly.
