Instructions: Wash and devein spinach. Drain off water. Cook bacon and save grease. Wash mushrooms and slice. Chop boiled eggs. Mix spinach, eggs, mushrooms, bacon, and cheese. In a saucepan, mix together equal parts of bacon grease, honey and mustard. Cook until bubbly. Pour over salad and toss.
