When coals are ready, put chicken on grill and baste with sauce. Keep mixing sauce as chicken cooks as it will separate. Cook chicken slowly over medium coals 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours, until juices run clear. Baste and turn chicken frequently. Email this Recipe:
