Instructions: Heat the 3 T. broth in large skillet. Add green peppers, onions, and garlic. Saute until soft. Stir in the cup stock or water, okra, tomatoes, and lima beans. Simmer, covered until veggies are almost tender. About 20 minutes. Add corn and cook 5 minutes. Stir in marjoram, red pepper, and cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Simmer for 1 minute longer. Serve warm!
