Instructions: Place sausage, water bouillon cubes in skillet and boil for five minutes, using potato masher to mash sausage until it is evenly distributed in the water.
Set off stove and allow to cool. In large bowl, place cornbread cubes, white bread cubes, celery, onion, green pepper, apple and mushrooms. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning and slowly add the cooled sausage mixture. Toss lightly until it is thoroughly mixed. Pile loosely in bird - or may be baked in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
