1/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 tbl Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper
1/3 cup Low-Fat Buttermilk
4 x Skinned Chicken Breast Halves, (6 Oz)
Cooking Spray
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 . 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish.

Place buttermilk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, breast sides up, in a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken.

Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until done.

NOTES : In Desk Set, Katharine Hepburn plays a corporate reference librarian and Spencer Tracy an efficiency expert. While falling in love, they discuss fried chicken recipes. In one scene, Tracy even cooks the dish for Hepburn.
