2 cup Mixed frozen raspberries, strawberries & blueberries
1/3 cup Honey, or to taste
1 tsp Ground nutmeg,
1 tsp Grated lemon peel,
2 tbl Cornstarch or arrowroot powder

Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender and puree on high speed until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, whisking frequently, until sauce thickens, about 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.

Makes about 2 cups.
