Ingredients:

1 tsp Oil
2 tbl Chopped onion
2 tbl Chopped green bell pepper
2 tbl Chopped celery
1 lb Lump crab meat picked over
1 tbl Creole mustard
1/2 tbl Minced garlic
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
Bayou Blast - (Emerils Creole Seasoning) see * Note
4 x Cleaned-out crab shells
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small skillet heat oil and saute onion, green pepper and celery until tender; cool.

In a small bowl combine vegetables with remaining ingredients, season to taste with Bayou Blast and stuff into shells. Bake until hot, 20 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
