Instructions: In a small bowl, combine onion, red and green bell pepper and celery. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high heat until tender and crisp. Add crabmeat, bread crumbs, pepper, mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. Divide mixture among 4 scallop shells and microwave, uncovered on high heat until hot and bubbly. Approximately 10 minutes.
