Instructions: Slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove hardened yolks to a mixing bowl. Add scallions, tuna, mustard, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Fill egg white halves with tuna/egg yolk mixture.
