Instructions: Cut eggs in half and scoop out yolks. Mash with mayonnaise and sour cream; add salt and mustard and blend well. Taste for seasonings; add more if too bland; you may want to add a dash of cayenne pepper. Refill egg whites and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
