Instructions: Sift dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add milk and mix well. Turn onto a lightly floured board. Roll dough into rectangular sheet 1/4-inch thick. Spread with deviled ham. Fold over dough in half; cut into small rectangles 1 1/2x2 inches, using a floured knife. Press the edges together with a lightly floured fork. Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
