1 lb Ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbl Mustard
1 tbl Ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Pickle relish

8 x Mini bagels
16 sm Pimento stuffed olives
1 x Red bell pepper
Toothpicks
----------------- OPTIONAL ----------------
Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Instructions: In a bowl, combine beef, salt and pepper, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and relish. Form 4 large patties or 8 mini burgers. Heat a saute pan over medium high heat. Cook hamburgers on each side for about 5 minutes.

(Mini burgers may take less time.)

To serve mini burgers, cut the mini bagels in half horizontally and place a patty between the 2 layers. Insert a toothpick into two olives and place on the top of the bagel at the front to resemble eyes. Cut two triangle shapes out of the red pepper. Slice 2 slits behind the eyes and insert the red pepper pieces to resemble horns. Serve with slices of lettuce and tomato.

Yield: 4 large or 8 mini burgers
