1 x 4-pound beef top round steak,
cut 1 1/2 inches thick.
6 tbl butter, softened
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing. Meanwhile, trim any excess fat from the round steak. In small bowl, mix the butter with the Worcestershire, dry mustard, curry powder, salt and pepper; set mixture aside.

Place steak on grill over medium coals; grill 35 minutes for rare or until of the desired doneness, turning occasionally.

Remove steak from the grill. With a narrow metal spatula, spread one side of steak with 1/2 of butter mixture and pat on 1/2 of the crumbs. Repeat with remaining butter mixture and bread crumbs on the other side of the steak.

Return steak to the grill; continue grilling 5 minutes longer or until crumbs are golden, turning once.

To broil in oven: About 1 hour before serving, preheat broiler.

Place steak on rack in broiling pan. About 3 to 5 inches from heat, broil steak 35 minutes for rare or until of desired doneness, turning once. Remove steak from broiler and season on both sides as above with butter mixture and bread crumbs. Return steak to broiler; broil 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until crumbs are golden.

12 to 14 servings.
