Instructions: Score steak on both sides and spread with mustard. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the mushrooms, and let steak stand in the mixture for 2 hours, turning several times. Remove from sauce and brown well on both sides in a hot pan. Brown the mushrooms at the same time. Add one cup hot water to the sauce, pour it over the steak and mushrooms, cover and cook slowly for 1 hour. or until meat is very tender.
