Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F. Beat together the eggs, vanilla, shortening and half of the cake mix until it is fluffy. Stir in the remaining cake mix and the peanut butter chips. Drop the batter by rounded teaspoons, 2" apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes and then cool on a rack.
