Instructions: Heat some oil in a fry pan, add chicken and cook over medium heat to brown, turning for about 3 minutes.
Transfer chicken pieces to a roasting dish. Soften butter and combine with mustards, chutney, curry, lemon and spices. Spread over chicken and cook 15 minutes in oven at 180C/350F until done. Serve immediately. Quick and easy. Email this Recipe:
