25 gm Butter
75 gm Mushrooms
1 dsh White wine
2 x Spring onion tops, finely chopped
1 tbl Chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Melt the butter in a medium frying pan. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.

2 Pour over the white wine and allow to reduce slightly. Add the cream, spring onions and dill. Serve on the hot toast.
