Instructions: Heat oven to 350. Prepare topping: Mix flour, sugar & cinnamon in bowl with a fork. Stir in oil then nuts & chips. Make cake: Put flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt in ungreased 8" square baking dish. Stir with fork to mix well. Add applesauce, oil & eggs. Stir until well blended. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.
