1 cup	Butter,
2 tsp	Vanilla,
2 x	Eggs,
1 tsp	Liquid Sugar substitute,
4 cup	Grated apple,

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix dry ingredients; add butter, eggs, sugar substitute, and blend well. Stir in grated apples and nuts. Bake in well-greased 9 x 13 pan at 375 degrees, 40-50 minutes.
