1/2 cup cake flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tbl Sweet One
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tbl white vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 x (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine cake flour, cocoa, Sweet One, soda and salt in bowl. Mix in water, vinegar, oil, vanilla and egg substitute. Pour into a 9 inch square greased baking pan. Bake at 375* for 35-40 minutes. The frosting is nothing more than a thin layer of fat-free cream cheese that has been mixed with a little sweetener. May put a whole walnut on each piece.

Add broth, water, and all of the spices to garlic-onion mixture. When well blended, return chicken pieces to skillet. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes. Stir in coconut flavoring. Serve over rice or rice/grain mixture.
