1 tsp	Cinnamon
1 tsp	Salt
1 can	Crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 tsp	Vanilla
3 x	Eggs
2 cup	Diced bananas, (about 2 lg. ones)
1 tsp	Baking soda
4 tsp	Sweet and Low

Instructions:

Instructions: Put all ingredients in bowl. Blend do not beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for cupcakes; tube pan - for cake 80 minutes.
