Ingredients:

3/4 lb	Boneless beef round steak, trimmed and cubed
1 tbl	Cooking oil
4 med	un peeled potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
5 med	carrots, cut into 1 1/2 chunks
1 x	Celery rib cut into 1" chunks
1 lrg	onion cut into 1" chunks
1 can	Chunky stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz size)
3 tbl	Quick cooking tapioca
1 tsp	Browning sauce
	Pepper 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions:

Instructions: In a Dutch oven, brown the steak in oil. Add the next eight ingredients; cover and bake at 300 degrees for 4-5 hours, stirring twice. Add the peas during the last 30 minutes of baking.
