1 stk margarine
1 x egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbl sweetener
2 tbl bottled lemon juice
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix margarine, egg and next 5 ingredients. Mix well.

Add flour and coconut. Mix thoroughly and drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
