Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 clv garlic
1 tsp butter
2 tsp cornstarch
1 cup low sodium beef broth
1/4 tsp salt and pepper, (combined)
Instructions:
Instructions: Add all ingredients except cornstarch and broth to a microwaveable bowl.

In a small bowl mix cornstarch and broth until well combined.

Pour over vegetable mixture.

Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir.

Microwave another 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and sauce is transparent.

Use as a topping for meat, chicken or even potatoes.

Makes 2 servings.

Exchanges...1/2 lean meat...1 veggie...1/2 fat.
