Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl. Place chopped lettuce or Napa cabbage on serving plate. Place a wok over high heat until hot. Add oil, swirling to coat sides. Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and cook for 1 minute. Add sauce and toss to mix well.
