Instructions: Here is my favorite fudge recipe that I developed (Diane Gittin):- 4 oz Baking chocolate
2 cup Sugar 0.5 cup Water 2 tbl Corn syrup 2 tbl Butter 0.25 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Walnuts, Chopped Stir together chocolate, water, sugar and corn syrup in 2-3 qt. nonstick saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil to soft ball stage (234 degrees F). Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and salt. Cool to lukewarm and beat @ 5 minutes. Add nuts and spread in buttered 8" square pan. NOTE: This recipe makes a dark chocolate fudge. For different flavors you can substitute 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate or milk chocolate chips. Email this Recipe:
