You need 2 ingredients - a plain old liquid antacid like Maalox (buy the cheapest generic stuff you can find) and a skin lubricant called Aquaphor. You will probably not find Aquaphor on your drugstore shelves, but any pharmacy should be able to get it for you. Its somewhat pricey, but one jar will make a lot of butt paste. (By the way, I have tried plain old Vaseline as a substitute, but it didnt seem to work as well). All you have to do is put a lump of the Aquaphor into a mixing container and stir in the Maalox. Add as much Maalox as you can without making the concoction too runny. It will take a fair amount of mixing but will eventually whip up into a light, fluffy cream. Pack it into a cute jar and youre done. Use it at every diaper
