Instructions: Make crust of crumbs and margarine. Put in pan. Bake in 375 oven for 7 minutes or until crisp. Put ricotta in bowl; add eggs. Mix and add milk, sugar and rum extract. Blend well. Pour over crust. Sprinkle almonds, cherries and raisins over top. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
