Instructions: In a small saucepan, mix gelatin with cold water and let stand 1 minute. Stirring constantly heat gently until gelatin dissolves. Cool slightly. In a large bowl combine gelatin with milk powder, ice water, honey and vanilla. Whip with whisk or electric mixer for 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
