Ingredients:

1/4 cup Bourbon
1/4 cup Low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Dark brown sugar, firmly packed
6 x Pearl onions, minced
1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Whisk together all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved. It works best if you use a glass bowl.

Flavored Mustard: Lemon Dill Dijon; Raspberry Dijon; Orange Tarragon Dijon.

Notes: MAKES 1 CUP. This is an incredible marinade for Lamb, pork, chicken or beef. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator over night, using the remainder to baste with during cooking.
