Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Carrots Cut In 2" Sticks
2 tbl vegetable broth Chicken Flavor
1/2 cup Zucchini Cut In 2" Sticks
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Honey
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine carrots and broth in saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 min. Add zucchini and cook an additional 5 min or until veggeis are just tender. Add more broth, if necessary, to keep from burning.

Stir vinegar, honey and mustard into vegetables. Cook for a few minutes over medium heat until liquid cooks off.

Yield: 4 servings
