2 tsp	fresh ginger, finely grated
1/2 tsp	black pepper
1 tbl	Italian parsley, coarsely chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine ingredients in order given. Mix thoroughly. Compound butter may be rolled into "logs" with parchment paper and frozen.
