2 x egg yolks
1 tbl sambal oelek
1 tbl Dijon mustard
2 cup canola oil
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbl finely-chopped garlic
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a food processor, add yolks, sambal oelek and mustard. Slowly drizzle in oil to emulsify. Add juice and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.

This recipe yields about 3 cups of aioli.
