Instructions: Wash and stem string beans. Pack tightly into sterilized jars. Combine vinegar, water and salt in a sauce pan. Heat, stirring to dissolve salt. Pour over beans. Add a clove of garlic and 1 head dill per jar. Process in a hot water bath.
