3 med cucumbers
1/4 cup Onion, grated
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Cider vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Put cucs through food chopper, drain. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Before using, chill several days to let flavors blend.
