Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 kg Okra pods
----------------- SPICES ----------------
A few celery leaves,
1 x Clove of garlic, peeled
_ and split
1 sprg dill
2 slc Pimento
----------------- PICKLE SOLUTION ----------------
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup white vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Scrub okra, pack into 4 jars.

In each jar insert the spices.

In a saucepan bring the pickle solution to the boil. Stir well and pour boiling liquid over okra and seal tightly. Let stand 3 weeks before serving.

Note: One small hot chill may be placed in each jar if desired buying, storing, preparing and cooking. By Vo Bacon"
