Amount Ingredient
1 lb chicken tenders - (to 1 1/2 lbs) cut in 1" pieces
1 tbl dried minced onion
(or a small onion, chopped)
1 can 98% fat-reduced cream of mushroom soup
1 pkt mushroom gravy mix - (1 oz)
(chicken or country gravy may be substituted)
1 cup baby carrots
1/2 tsp dill weed - (to 1 cup)
Seasoned salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 8 ingredients in the crockpot; cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Add frozen peas during the last 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
