Amount Ingredient
2 cup peeled and seeded cucumbers, sliced about 1/4 inch thick
1/2 x to 1 teaspoon table salt
Ice cold water to cover
1/2 x to 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or Splenda
1/2 tsp Onion Magic or, powdered onion
1/8 tsp Garlic Magic or powdered garlic (optional)
1/2 x to 1 teaspoon Dill Weed
Freshly ground Black Pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp Paprika
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare cucumber. Sprinkle with salt. Cover with ICE COLD water. Cover and refrigerate 30 or 40 minutes. Drain well. Combine rest of desired ingredients. Mix with drained cucumbers. Toss lightly. Cover and CHILL at least 1 hour.
