Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
4 x eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbl dill seasoning (3 Tbs. fresh, snipped dill weed)
1 tbl Dijon style mustard
6 slc of French or Italian bread (3/4 inch thick)
1 tbl margarine
6 x thin slices of Swiss cheese
6 x thin slices of tomato
Instructions:
Instructions: In a shallow bowl beat together eggs, sour cream, dill and mustard.

Dip each slice of bread into mixture and let it soak on each side for about 15 seconds. In a skillet or on a griddle, melt margarine. Cook bread in margarine over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until bottom is golden brown. Turn slices over. Top with cheese, tomato, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until bottom is golden brown, adding more margarine as needed. Serve warm.

Makes 6 slices.
