Instructions: Cook potatoes in boiling water for 8 - 10 min or till tender. Drain. In a sm mixing bowl combine potatoes, chopped cucumber, radishes, and green pepper. Combine yogurt, vinegar, dill weed, salt, and pepper; add to potato mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hr. Spoon mixture onto a salad plate ringed with cucumber slices.
