Instructions: Peel and devein shrimp. Cook shallot and garlic in butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Stir in shrimp; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice and next 3 ingredients. Serve warm or cold. Garnish, if desired.
