Instructions: Rinse chicken in cold water; pat dry with a paper towel. Spread oil and sprinkle salt, dried basil and pepper over chicken. Grill over medium-hot coals or cook in a ridged grill pan 4 to 6 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Meanwhile, combine tomato, olivada, and fresh basil; mix well.
