Instructions: Mix all the ingredients, except the avocado, together in a bowl and set aside until ready to serve.
Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh into a shallow bowl. Mash with a fork then mix into the other ingredients. Great with tortilla chips or veggie sticks to dip and dunk. Email this Recipe:
