Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Corn oil
1 tbl Black pepper, freshly ground
1/4 cup Lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp Grated lemon peel
2 tbl Brown sugar
1/4 cup Cider vinegar
6 x Egg yolks, hard boiled
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tbl Oregano, dried & crushed
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring oil to a boil and add the sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, & vinegar.

Reduce heat to low and add the garlic, onions, oregano, salt & pepper. Cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat. Mash egg yolks and stir into pot. Allow to cool to room temp then mix into sald or pour over. NOTE* For a sweeter dressing add 1 more Tablespoon of brown sugar.
