Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
8 x Pork chops
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sage
4 x Tart apples, cored & cut in rings
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tbl Flour
1 cup Hot water
1 tbl Vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown chops in hot fat; sprinkle with salt and sage. Place in baking dish; top with apple rings; sprinkle with sugar. Add flour to fat in skillet; blend. Add water and vinegar; cook till thick. Add raisins; pour over chops. Cover baking dish. Bake in
350 degree oven 1 hour.

Notes: If I dont have any sage on hand, I substitute poultry seasoning. If using fewer pork chops, cut down on amount of salt, sage, apples, and sugar. Use regular amounts for sauce.

Makes 8 servings.
