Instructions: Brown hamburger in large skillet. Drain off fat. Melt butter in hamburger, add onions, flour, salt, garlic, & pepper. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Stir in soup & mushrooms. Simmer covered for 5 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot noodles.
* You can use any combination of "Cream of" soups, such as 2 Mushroom soups, Celery soups, etc.. I use what I have on hand. ** I always serve it over instant mashed potatoes.
