Instructions: BEAT sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, juice and orange peel. COMBINE remaining ingredients; stir into juice mixture until moistened. Spoon batter into six muffin cups coated with cooking spray. BAKE at 375F. 25 minutes. Cool on rack; serve warm.
