Instructions: In large skillet, saute garlic in oil. Add vegetables and basil; saute until almost tender. Add broth and mushrooms. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover, simmer 5 minutes. Mix well. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
